Is my order ready?
You will receive an 'Ready for pick up' email when your chosen collection store have received your order. We ask that you await your collection email prior to making any unnecessary journey to store to collect.
Please check your ‘Junk’ box in your emails in case your email provider has moved us into this section of your mailbox!
How long do I have to collect my order?
All orders placed will be ready to collect within a 2-4 working day time frame.
For Click & Collect orders made to our Superstore in Cannock, you have 14 days to collect your order from the date your collection email is received.
What do I need to take with me to collect my order?
Simply take your order number, shown on both your confirmation/collection email along with your ID.
Where do I go to collect my order?
Head to our Superstore and simply, ask any member of staff in-store who will be able to assist you. There's no need to queue!

Can someone collect my order for me?
Of course! Please make sure they have a copy of your order confirmation email, or order number, and the details on your order: your full name and phone number, as well as their own ID.
What happens if I don't collect my order?
We’ll return it to our warehouse if you don’t collect it within 14 days. Once it arrives in our warehouse we’ll process a refund for you back to your original method of payment.
How do I return a Click and Collect order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept Click and Collect orders in-store. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your items to us via post. You can see our full returns policy here.
